As noted in the video, Diddy has been sued for rape by a third woman who claims he choked her over fears his then-girlfriend would find out.

This lawsuit follows Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit, which was settled after a day. It was also followed by a newer lawsuit by Joi Dickerson-Neal who claims Diddy allegedly drugged her and then sexually assaulted her while filming it. Diddy denied these claims.
Diddy Aaron Hall Relationship
As mentioned by the TikToker, Diddy is also reportedly denying the third accuser’s claims as well. In Jane Doe’s lawsuit, it is alleged that Diddy and Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York City more than 30 years ago, in documents as noted here. This reportedly happened after they met Diddy and Hall (in 1990 or 1991) at an event hosted by Uptown Records distributor MCA Records at the company’s offices, as noted here.
Diddy and Hall were allegedly very “handsy” and offered Jane Doe and her friend drinks all night. Jane Doe then alleges that she “was coerced into having sex with Combs” at Halls’ apartment later. After Diddy finished and Jane Doe was getting dressed, “Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.” The same occurred to Jane Doe’s friend. After this assault, Diddy allegedly turned violent. As mentioned in the article the suit claims, “He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
As mentioned in this article, a spokesperson for Diddy denied the allegations. The spokesperson also accused the women of seeking to exploit the New York law that temporarily extended the statute of limitations. Hall has reportedly not yet responded to an email inquiry.
