Diddy’s court hearing has allegedly been recorded and leaked online which has caused a frenzy on social media.

The following is alleged and does not confirm the validity of the claims.

Diddy Court Hearing Leaked

December 6, 2024– According to this TikTok video posted by user @kadishalynnnn, Diddy’s court hearings were allegedly leaked to the media which has stirred subsequent controversy online.

Diddy Court Video

In the video above, the TikToker explains that someone recorded multiple sessions of Diddy’s court proceedings and leaked them to the media. Now it has allegedly been circulating on social media platforms such as TikTok.

The TikToker claims that recording Federal court proceedings is illegal, so she does not include the footage in the video above. In one of the alleged recorded sessions, they are “reading Diddy all of his charges,” and he allegedly enters a “Not Guilty” plea. Another video being leaked online is the supposed first bail hearing and why Diddy was allegedly denied bail.

The TikToker goes on to say that since this is a Federal case this is usually something that the public does not get a chance to see which is why this leaked video is supposedly going viral online. However, the TikToker explains that Federal proceedings cannot be recorded at all, not even by the media.

Diddy Mistrial?

Some commenters took to the comment section of the above video to question whether or not this leaked footage could cause a mistrial.

This remains unknown but the alleged footage being leaked has been determined as “messy.”

Diddy Media Leak

As outlined in this article from VIBE, Diddy had reportedly recently secured a small victory in court as U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ruled on December 2, 2024, that prosecutors must provide an affidavit confirming they are not responsible for leaking case details to the media.

While the judge clarified that this order doesn’t imply any wrongdoing has occurred, it aims to ensure fair trial procedures moving forward. Combs’ legal team previously accused prosecutors of leaking information, including a surveillance video of him allegedly attacking Cassie, which they argue jeopardized his right to a fair trial.

Diddy, who is facing serious charges like racketeering and sex trafficking, has been denied bail multiple times, and his trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

However, this article was seemingly posted before the most recent alleged video of Diddy’s court hearing was supposedly leaked online, which calls into question what is happening now following this new leak.
