The reimagined Gladstone House will maintain its emphasis on culture, art, and diversity while ensuring the building’s rich history and iconic original architecture remain preserved.

The celebrated boutique hotel features restored exposed brick walls, curated local art and innovative lighting applications that transition throughout the day, bringing the building to life.

Gladstone House will be officially re-opening its doors on Wednesday, September 22, breathing life back into the iconic corner of Queen and Gladstone.

Since 1889, the Gladstone has long been an integral part of the Toronto community and this new era of the hotel will continue the legacy for years to come.

Visit restored exposed brick walls contrasted with innovative lighting applications and contemporary artwork throughout the hotel’s restaurant and event spaces, along with its 55 guest rooms.

Try exciting new food and beverage offerings from the Bistro + Bar, which will open with the hotel. The food and beverage program will be led by Executive Chef Richard Singh. Melody Bar will be reopening in the coming months.

Discover three new studio spaces that will feature lifestyle and fitness programs, welcome to both hotel guests and locals. The studios will bring vibrancy and life to the hotel and include murals painted by local artists.

Have fun in a robust and enriching new art program, which will include the showcasing of artworks from 55 local artists throughout the hotel and dedicated studio space for in-house artists.
