Monday, December 3rd – MARBL Restaurant on King Street opened their doors for their first dinner service!
The new Casual-Fine Dining experience will feature a menu of Modern American cuisine to be enjoyed in a beautiful marble-clad modern dining room at 455 King Street West. The lower level will offer a champagne lounge named Mademoiselle with an exclusive champagne selection.
MARBL welcomed us in for a media tasting and soft-launch experience Thursday night. The event was filled with ever-flowing glasses of champagne and wine, the most delicious beef tartare, decadent foie gras, perfectly cooked dry-aged striploin with shaved truffles, and a special maple taffy ice bar for dessert.
Everything was spectacularly done, from Executive Chef Ryan Morrison’s menu to the finer details of the restaurant headed by Peter Girges.
The two new venues are inspired by Vancouver’s popular West Oak restaurant and Pierre’s champagne lounge.
Looking forward to heading to MARBL for one of their dinner services and enjoying a glass of bubbly in Toronto’s newest champagne bar.
