The CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, appears to be a man of many skills. The computer tycoon recently took part in his first jiu-jitsu competition and came away with gold and silver medals.

Mark Zuckerberg shared the news on social media, along with a photo carousel. “Competed in my first jiu-jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu team,” he wrote on Instagram. “Thanks to @davecamarillo @khaiwu @intense0ne for training me!”

In a few of the images, Mr. Zuckerbeg can be seen battling against the players while sporting the white training uniform. He can also be seen posing with a group of individuals in another photo.

His post has received over 1.5 lakh likes and several comments since it was shared. “That’s awesome, congrats,” a user said. I’m honored to officiate your games. Warrior. Congratulations,” a different person chimed in. “Jiu-Jitsu transforms lives! Good for you!!!” exclaimed a different individual.

He reportedly began training in mixed martial arts (MMA) in September of last year, and his coach has called him a “silent killer” in the ring. A video of the billionaire battling with Khai Wu, a professional mixed martial artist and a black belt in jiu-jitsu, was shared on his official Instagram account.

The co-founder of Facebook referred to Mr. Wu as his training partner at the time. “You’d never expect these guys to be able to take you down. Next thing you know, they’re attacking you with these extremely technical moves. You don’t know this nerd is a silent killer,” Mr. Wu had stated about the billionaire.
