Max Jamali is an award-winning fashion photographer and creative director, based in Dubai and Toronto with his work showcased in Toronto, New York, L.A., Paris and Dubai. Recently, the artist has partnered up with Humbleberry for their latest contest, with all submissions going towards the Julia Lyons foundation.

Jamali’s photography career started in 2008 and since then he extended his creative projects to mix media art pieces using unique materials such as exotic leather, diamond dust and Swarovski Crystals with the purpose of defining each piece’s message through a luxury medium.
About The Experience:
You and a friend will meet artist Max Jamali for brunch in Yorkville before he takes you to his favourite boutique art gallery! You’ll also go home with one of his original luxury art pieces entitled “Blue Dream”, created on a wooden panel using the photorealism technique to form the image of music icon Madonna paired with a metallic transparent butterfly covered in yellow, blue and green crystals. The piece is layered with diamond dust and finished with the signature ‘Max Jamali Original’ logo, which is handcrafted from midnight blue snake skin. Created in 2019, the dimensions are 36″ x 48″ and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
About The Charity:
The Julia Lyons Foundation is devoted to directly helping the cystic fibrosis community by assisting those who need aid most urgently by providing direct financial aid, a much-needed mental health program for people with cystic fibrosis, and other resources. This organization was founded in 2018 by Toronto entrepreneur Emily Lyons in memory and celebration of her sister, Julia Marlane Lyons, who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2011. The vision and mission of The Julia Lyons Foundation is to lessen the hardships of people with cystic fibrosis, to lift up the cystic fibrosis community and to proactively fight back against this disease so that one day, no more tears will be shed over the devastating losses inflicted by cystic fibrosis.
