All eyes are on Meghan and Harry in a new explosive teaser trailer for their upcoming Netflix docuseries, which premieres on December 8.

Netflix just dropped a bombshell trailer for Meghan Markle and Harry’s latest docuseries, Harry and Meghan. The streaming platform debuted the trailer on December 1 ahead of its release date, on December 8th.

The Netflix Trailer: Harry and Meghan

Dubbed a “Netflix Global Event”, the teaser begins with a black-and-white photo series of never-before-seen images of the couple. The trailer features a narrator asking the duo why they wanted to make this documentary.

Harry’s voice can then be heard in the background saying, “No one sees what’s happening behind closed doors.”

It’s clear in the imagery being showcased that Meghan and Harry have been through highs and lows during their time as working members of the Royal Family, and following their stepping back as senior Royals. In early 2020, Meghan and Harry decided to “step back as ‘senior’ members” of the British royal family after announcing the news on social media.

Through the series of photographs, Meghan and Harry can be seen smiling and laughing with one another, posing in a photo booth, and playing music together. There is even a photo of Meghan cradling her stomach, in a never-before-seen image of her during one of her pregnancies.

However, there are also images of what seemingly looks to be a distressed Meghan crying on an armchair, and a tense photograph of the couple surrounded by members of the Royal Family.

The trailer then cuts to Harry saying that he “had to do everything he could to protect his family.”

The bombshell trailer is accented by photographs and videos of the couple’s life to date as a couple as well as working Royals.

The trailer ends with Meghan saying, “When the stakes are this high, does it make more sense to hear our story from us?”

Netflix has labeled this “an unprecedented and in-depth documentary series.” This is the closest fans have gotten to an intimate look at Meghan and Harry and their lives to date since the couple’s infamous Oprah special which aired in 2021.

Where and when to watch the docuseries

There is no concrete announcement date for the docuseries’ release as of yet. However, at the end of the teaser trailer, it says that it is “coming soon” to Netflix’s streaming platform.
