Has Ruby Franke been charged?
As noted in the TikTok video, Ruby Franke ran the YouTube channel 8 Passengers and has since allegedly been charged with child abuse after two children were found hungry with open wounds and supposedly duct tape on their extremities. Franke has allegedly been arrested with two counts of aggravated child abuse along with her business partner Jodi Hildebrandt.
The child reportedly crawled out of a window at Hildebrandt’s house and went to a neighbor’s home seemingly malnourished and asking for food. Investigators reportedly found a 10-year-old girl inside the same home.

Franke reportedly had millions of subscribers and was known for her strict parenting style. Viewers also allegedly called child protective services on the family following criticism.
