Allegedly, the pair dated during the filming of Season 1 of Outer Banks. As this article from Life&Style explains, although it remains unclear when exactly the duo broke things off, Pankow claimed he was single while promoting the Netflix series back in 2020.
Marcella is also said to have been close to Pankow’s on-screen love interest, Bailey, in the past. It is unclear if the pair are still friends.
Pankow seemingly moved on to now-girlfriend, Elaine, in November 2020. The pair have reportedly been together ever since.
