Rumer Willis, the 34-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, announced on Tuesday that she had given birth to a daughter in her Los Angeles home.

Rumer Willis and her partner, Derek Richard Thomas, welcomed a daughter on Tuesday, April 18. The singer and actress, who earlier this week debuted her growing baby bulge in new commercials, captioned a photo of her newborn child with her eyes closed, “Louetta Isley Thomas Willis ✨ You are pure magic ?” on Instagram.

In a joint Instagram post in December 2022, the couple revealed they were expecting their first child. The oldest child of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis flaunted her growing baby bump while Thomas kissed her tummy in the picture. The two merely used an emoji of a plant growing as the post’s caption.

The actress previously spoke openly about the possibility of eventually growing her family. In a November 2020 appearance on The Talk, Rumer said, “Even my dad puts pressure on me and he is so out of even who I’m dating at all, but he, over the quarantine was like, ‘So, I’d like for you to have a son because I need some male energy in this group. It’s a lot of women, obviously. He has five daughters and my mom and my stepmom, so there’s just a lot of female energy.”
