According to this TikTok video posted by user @dwts50, Harry Jowsey allegedly insinuated Arnold was pregnant in the following clip from the show recently:

As you can see in the video, the duo is answering a question about what people think about them in regards to the dating rumors they have been involved in lately. At the end of the conversation, when the interviewer asks them if that’s everything they have to say, Jowsey jumps in to claim, “She’s pregnant,” pointing to Arnold. He seems to be joking as he states this claim.
Arnold says “Harry!” and looks slightly mortified by his answer.
