I mean, that’s what happened to me when I started acting… I couldn’t help that she was the biggest superstar in the world, and that kind of gave me a kickstart.”

Asghari admitted that being linked to a global superstar undeniably opened doors, but he also emphasized that he had been acting long before meeting Spears. “Everybody’s famous by association. Whether you work with someone or date someone, it’s just how it is,” he added.
