JD Vance Donut Shop

In the clip, Vance can be seen in a donut shop talking to the employees, in which he states, “The zoo has come to town, thank you for letting us come in here.” However, one of the employees claims that she does not want to be on film.

He then proceeds to ask the employees how long they have been working at the establishment before pointing out “a lot of glazed here and some sprinkle stuff, some of these cinnamon rolls” in the showcase after seemingly being asked what he wants.

He then asks how long the establishment has been around before the clip cuts out. Overall, people have coined this interaction to be very “awkward” claiming that he hasn’t said “please or thank you” once in the viral video clip.

Others thought that it was interesting how he focused on asking the employees how long they had worked there, even if it was just to make conversation.

JD Vance Couch Joke Explained

This isn’t the first time JD went viral on social media. The vice presidential candidate was previously going viral on social media back in early July after a post made by X user @rickrudescalves (which has since been deleted) stated the following: “Can’t say for sure but he might be the first vp pick to have admitted in a ny times bestseller to f****** an inside-out latex glove shoved between two couch cushions” as noted in this related article.

This post- which was a groundless assertion- seemingly influenced Tim Walz’s comment, “I can’t wait to debate the guy… that is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up.” which referenced the viral post allegedly alluding to Vance.

Although this viral post sparked lots of memes about Vance, the post was later disproved by The Associated Press and then the story was reportedly retracted.
