A new report reveals Elon Musk offered conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair millions to keep their relationship—and child—private.

Explosive Report Reveals Secret Deal Between Musk and St. Clair

April 16, 2025: Elon Musk is once again in the spotlight—this time not for rockets or AI, but for a secretive deal involving a baby and a bombshell payout. According to a Wall Street Journal investigation, Musk allegedly offered conservative commentator and influencer Ashley St. Clair a $15 million payment in exchange for keeping the birth of their child confidential.

The two reportedly had a relationship that led to the birth of a baby boy five months ago. St. Clair has now filed for sole custody and has taken the matter to court, seeking official paternity recognition and support.

Paternity Confirmed by DNA Test

As per court documents, a DNA test confirmed with 99.9999% certainty that Musk is the father of St. Clair’s son. Despite this, Musk has allegedly seen the child only a few times and has not publicly acknowledged him.

The custody case is being handled in Manhattan Supreme Court, where St. Clair is seeking sole legal and physical custody of the child, along with financial support.

A Secret Deal Worth Millions

St. Clair claims Musk initially offered her a financial settlement that included a one-time $15 million payment and an ongoing monthly stipend of $100,000 until the child turns 21—on one condition: complete silence. Musk, reportedly citing personal safety and public scrutiny, insisted on strict confidentiality.

However, after St. Clair refused to sign the agreement and chose to speak publicly, the monthly payments were allegedly slashed to just $20,000.

Her legal representatives state that she’s already incurred over $240,000 in legal fees, which she argues Musk should cover as part of his parental obligations.

A Pattern of Secrecy?

This is not the first time Musk has been involved in paternity-related headlines. The billionaire, who now has at least 14 known children with multiple women, has a complicated history with parenthood. The Vanity Fair report linked to the case reveals Musk encouraged St. Clair to have more children, suggesting surrogacy as a way to “reach legion-level before the apocalypse,” showcasing his widely known pro-natalist views.

Musk has made numerous public comments over the years about declining global birth rates, even tweeting once that “civilization will crumble if people don’t have more kids.”

Public Dismissal From Musk

In response to the growing media coverage, Musk took to his platform X (formerly Twitter), writing, “TMZ >> WSJ” — implying that even a celebrity tabloid might be more trustworthy than The Wall Street Journal. He has not issued a formal statement or directly addressed the specific allegations raised by St. Clair.

What Happens Next?

The case continues to unfold, with legal proceedings underway and public curiosity growing. As St. Clair seeks full custody and support, many are watching closely to see whether Musk will publicly acknowledge the child and how the court will rule on the matter.

This scandal adds yet another layer to Musk’s controversial public and personal life, blending celebrity drama, wealth, secrecy—and now, a custody battle that could set legal precedents.
