Everyone is wondering who the friend of Liam Payne is who was recently charged in relation to his death that occurred last month.

November 8, 2024- Information surrounding Payne’s recent death on October 16, 2024, is still circulating following claims that three people have been charged in relation to his passing.

3 Charged in Liam Payne Death

According to this article by Page Six, the three people charged recently include; Payne’s friend, a hotel employee as well an alleged drug dealer. The article alleges that Payne’s friend in question has not yet been identified, but “reportedly presented himself as Payne’s manager.” According to this related article from La Nacion, this “friend” was “charged with abandonment.” for reportedly not informing the late singer’s family about his drug relapse.

The other two identities of the other persons of interest have not yet been released, either. However, they are allegedly being charged with supplying Payne with drugs.

Police raids were also conducted recently in relation to three people being charged in Payne’s death. As the Page Six article details, there are rumors floating around that the hotel employee reportedly reached out to the alleged drug dealer to obtain illegal substances for Payne before his death.

Liam Payne Death Toxicology Reddit

According to this Reddit thread, Payn’es toxicology report has been released, in which traces of cocaine, alcohol, and antidepressants were reportedly found in his system at the time of passing. This article by The Tribune details that results reportedly “revealed traces of polydrug use.” This alleged that “he had consumed these substances over a period of at least 72 hours leading up to the incident.”

This article by PEOPLE regarding the toxicology report also revealed that Payne was “not fully conscious” during his fatal fall and that there were multiple drugs in his system.

As this article by Perez Hilton details, Payne did not die by suicide, as some initial beliefs originally thought. Allegedly, the article goes on to explain that the injuries Payne endured “were compatible with those produced by a fall from a height and that self-injury of any kind and/or the physical intervention of third parties were ruled out,” as claimed by prosecutors.

Liam Payne Funeral

Payne’s funeral is supposedly set to take place this coming week. However, an official date has not yet been revealed.

The timing would mark just under a month since the One Direction band member passed away.
