Three people were reportedly arrested in connection with Liam Payne’s untimely death that occurred just last month on October 16, 2024.

November 7, 2024– According to this article by OK! Magazine, three people of interest have supposedly been arrested following the death of former One Direction band member, Liam Payne. Payne fell to his death from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina back in October. His funeral is set to take place later this month.

As the article above mentions, three people were subsequently detained and arrested recently following Payne’s death. Allegedly, two of the three detainees have been accused of providing the narcotics reportedly found in Payne’s system. However, these preliminary details remain unclear as information is still circulating surrounding the arrests.

Liam Payne Cause of Death

Payne died following a fatal fall from his balcony in Argentina. Traumatic brain injuries from the fall reportedly contributed to his cause of death.

As outlined in Payne’s Wikipedia page, unreleased CCTV footage of Payne’s fall reportedly showcased that the fall was accidental. However, this remains unconfirmed.  Multiple substances were also said to have been found in Payn’es system following his death, including pink cocaine (allegedly). However, a toxicology report has not yet been finalized or revealed.

Liam Payne Death Arrest

Reports now are claiming that three people have been arrested in connection to his death. According to this article by Billboard, two of the individuals detained are reportedly hotel staff members. The other was reportedly a “friend.” All three remain unnamed and their relationship to Payne is still unconfirmed, at the moment.

Allegedly, the hotel staff are accused of supplying the drugs, and the home of the “friend” has been raided. The hotel where Payne passed away was also raided by police following his death.
