Post Malone’s Ex-Fiancée Seeks Primary Custody of Their Daughter

July 05, 2025: Post Malone‘s ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, has filed for primary physical custody of their 2½-year-old daughter, referred to in legal documents as “DDP.” The filing, submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on April 16, 2025, also requests joint legal custody and visitation rights for the rapper, whose real name is Austin Post. Additionally, Park seeks for Malone to cover her legal expenses and leaves open the possibility for the court to order child support.

Malone’s Balancing Act

Malone and Park welcomed their daughter in May 2022. Malone has previously expressed the challenges of balancing his music career and fatherhood, noting the emotional strain of being apart from his daughter and his desire to improve his health for her sake.

End of Relationship

The couple reportedly separated toward the end of 2024. Since then, Malone has been seen with Christy Lee, his new girlfriend, whom he has been dating since at least the beginning of 2025.
