As outlined in the above video- which is all alleged- a new blind item is claiming that as Simpson grows older, she believes she looks “more like a man” which is allegedly why she got another breast enlargement and more lip fillers. Now, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims, however, fans do believe that Simpson seemingly looks different recently, as showcased in the video’s comment section.

The image on the left shows Simpson at the 2003 MTV Awards while the image on the right is a photo posted by Simpson in March of 2024. Some fans seem to think that Simpson looks different in these images as a result of alleged facial procedures or plastic surgery claims.
This article claims that Simpson has always been open and honest about any cosmetic procedures she has done in the past. For example, she admitted to getting lip fillers back in 2006, and in 2015, she claimed that she got two tummy tucks and went to get a non-surgical facelift in 2022.
