Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Everyone loves some good chicken wings, but they often make a huge mess. With an Air Fryer, making wings are super easy and they are just as crunchy as normal oil-fried wings!

Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 c. hot sauce (such as Frank’s)
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Season wings all over with salt and pepper, and coat the inside of the Air Fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Set the Air Fryer to 380° and cook the wings for 12 minutes. Remove the Air Fryer tray, flip wings, and cook for 12 minutes more. Increase heat to 400° and cook 5 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk to combine hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Add cooked wings and toss gently to coat. Serve hot with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Twice Baked Potatoes
Basically, a way to eat mashed potatoes, these tender yet crispy delights can last for 3 to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. The first bake is to set the potatoes to be tender and crispy, while the second bake is for your choice of mixed ingredients like butter, cheese, or milk.

Ingredients
- 6 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar, divided
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Pat potatoes completely dry with paper towels. Poke potatoes all over with a fork, then rub with oil and sprinkle with salt. Working in batches, place potatoes in a basket of the Air Fryer and cook on 400° for 40 minutes. Place on a large baking sheet and let cool until cool enough to handle.
- Cutting lengthwise, cut a thin layer off the top of each potato. Scoop inside out of each potato leaving a ½” border. Place insides in a large bowl. Keep the potato tops and roast them on the tray as a snack!
- To bowl with potatoes, add butter, milk, and sour cream and mash until butter is melted in and potatoes are mostly smooth, but with some chunks. Add 1 cup of cheese and green onions and stir until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill baked potatoes with potato mixture and place back in the basket of the Air Fryer. Top with remaining ½ cup of cheddar. Cook at 400° until the cheese is melty and outside is crispy, 5 minutes.
- Garnish with more green onions before serving.
Air Fryer Salmon
One of the easiest delicious meals to make is salmon which comes out amazingly tender on the inside and perfectly crusted on the top. This dish really shows off the amazingness of the Air Fryer while providing a great meal.

Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Instructions
- Season salmon all over with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, sugar, garlic, and thyme. Spread on top of salmon.
- Arrange salmon in the Air Fryer basket. Set the Air Fryer to 400° and cook for 10 minutes.
