Anheuser-Busch stock has dropped after announcing a partnership with transgender influencer, Dylan Mulvaney.
The brand shared a package of Bud Light with Mulvaney decorated with the influencer’s face to mark as a commemorative token to mark one year since the influencer’s transition. The brand has since received a ton of backlash surrounding the partnership.

According to this article, the brand has since come out to say that the beer cans featured in this video Mulvaney posted are not for sale to the public and were just a gift. However, since Mulvaney’s video went live with the announcement, celebrities have fired back. For instance, Kid Rock posted a video online of himself shooting Bud Light cans. Country star Travis Tritt also stated that he would no longer sell Budweiser at his concerts.
As a result of the backlash, the company’s stock has fallen. This article states that Anheuser-Busch InBev’s stock fell 3% on Monday.
Alissa Gordon Heinerscheid fired?
News has just surfaced that Bud Light executive, Heinerscheid, is going viral for old college pictures that have leaked, showing her taking part in the “fratty culture” she allegedly vowed to move away from when she joined the brand. These photos are circulating online and Heinerscheid is coming across as a “hypocrite” for her actions, as she is reportedly seen “blowing up condoms like balloons” and “downing beers” as mentioned here.
A rumor that the exec is also getting fired due to the leaked photos has been running rampant, but this rumor has not been confirmed.
