A viral video of a groom spraying his new bride with champagne is making waves online- and people have a lot to say about it.

According to this TikTok video posted by user @reyahthelastdragon, the internet is allegedly “not happy” with s groom online after he seemingly sprayed his new bride with Champgne on their wedding day.

As you can see in the clip, the groom opens a bottle of champagne and starts spraying it everywhere- even all over his bride. In the video, you can hear a guest say, “Look out for the cake,” before the groom starts seemingly spraying everything- and everyone- with the bottle.
The bride, who is standing next to him, throws her hands up- seemingly in enjoyment- before he turns and starts spraying her with the bottle. People can allegedly be heard screaming, “No!” in the clip as he does so. She seems to be smiling but the clip has caused quite a controversy online. The wedding supposedly took place in Lake Como so people online were reportedly not impressed by the groom’s actions in a beautiful venue.
Groom Spraying on Bride
As the TikToker notes, some people have argued that the groom did not seem to mean any harm and that he was just excited to get married However, others stated that he took it too far by spraying her in the face, soaking her dress as well.
The groom eventually gave his bride the bottle to spray him back but by this time the fizz from the bottle was all gone. The bride put on a seemingly brave face following the incident, as some people pointed out online.
Although the pair have not come forward to address the claims online, people have been pointing out how they think the bride should “divorce” him based on his actions- but we really don’t know the full truth behind their thoughts in the video.
It seems as though the original video may have been taken down as it seems unavailable for viewing on the platform.
