Love Island Season 4 winner, Zeta Morrison, is sitting down to chat with HOLR about her experience on the show and life after!
Zeta Morrison walked into the Love Island villa with an open heart and walked out a winner! Today, the talented model, actress, and winner of Love Island is sitting down to chat with HOLR about what her experience was like on the show, what life has been like following Season 4, what her blog, Zeta Confidential, is all about, and her future goals.

Talk to us about your experience on Love Island Season 4.
My experience was phenomenal! I had the time of my life. It was extremely exhausting- I will say that! But I had the time of my life and I met some amazing friends. The experience was great and it was just a fun summer, really! I have nothing but positive things to say about my personal Love Island experience.
What are some of your most memorable moments on the show?
There are quite a few! I’m no longer with my ex from the show but we had this moment that a lot of people know about and it was this time when we weren’t partnered up at the time and hadn’t been talking for 2-3 days and we actually ended up bumping into each other and shared a kiss. It was a really, really great moment. Definitely top 3 memorable moments.
Another was in the unseen bits episode and it was me and my friend Deb, and she and I came up with this prank to prank the boys in the villa. It was the most fun thing ever and was definitely a memorable time.
Day 1 was also memorable. That was a very surreal feeling.

How has your life changed following the show?
It has changed quite a bit, you know! Obviously, I gained a massive following and that’s been interesting to navigate. When I first came off the show it was just this overwhelming outpouring of love which was so nice. Then, I went through a little hiccup with the public after my breakup. I felt the “downsides” of having that huge of a following so it’s been a bit of a journey and a roller coaster.
It’s just been all positive and pushed me more in the direction of what I want to do. It’s connected me to more people so it’s been really nice. You also get invited to all these new events, and you always have somewhere to go, which is nice!
It’s also nice having people just come up to you and tell you they loved you on the show. I always love meeting supporters, that’s always a joy. It’s just been positive, and a positive experience all around. I’m always one to look on the bright side.
Talk to us about your blog, Zeta Confidential.
Yes, my baby! I started Zeta Confidential in 2020 when the pandemic hit. Although it was very traumatic for a lot of people, there were also just so many positive things that came out of it. I got much deeper with myself and I’ve always been a writer- I love to write. I’m able to see what I’m feeling and organize things. I’m actually starting a Zeta Confidential Journal that’s in production right now. That’s going to be coming out sometime in the fall.
Zeta Confidential has just been this amazing outlet where I get to chat with my supporters and be honest with them about what’s going on in my life and what I’m learning about spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. People can also leave comments, send me messages, and tell me what they’re going through. We’re all very close. We’re just a family. We do Zoom calls and I chat with them, honestly, it’s one of my greatest creations.
What are your 2023 highlights to date and what are some of your future goals?
It’s tough to say. My public breakup was quite difficult so healing from that and progressively seeing myself healing has been really nice- I’ll call that a highlight. My birthday just passed and I turned 30! There’s such a stigma with anyone turning 30 but women, specifically. I hate how society makes us feel this way but, nonetheless, it’s something that’s exciting. I can’t believe I’ve made it this far. I’m just so grateful to have turned 30 and I’m so blessed I made it here. I feel 30! I made it here, I’m in the 30 Club. I’m so happy to be in this positive, happy place.
Outside of that, I just got back into acting classes. Acting is just a joy in my life and I notice that when I go to acting class. I leave feeling so liberated and excited. This is exactly what I need to be doing. I’ve been acting since I was young but with where I’m at, this is the perfect time to focus on it. That brings me so much joy. I can’t wait to sign over with an acting agent and get some auditions in the books!
So excited for the Zeta Confidential Journal to come out, as well. I would also like to start merch- hoodies, sweatpants, socks, little slip dresses, just things I like to wear! Those are my biggest goals. I would also love to host a show! Acting, hosting, and growing Zeta Confidential into something bigger than it already is.
