The Met Gala 2023 has come and gone. A lot of people were curious about this year’s guest list before the celebrity-studded event especially about ‘Were the Kardashians invited?’

For the past ten years, members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have consistently attended the Met Gala. Six members of the famed family attended the red carpet event together just the year before. According to a Page Six article from March, the reality stars were not invited to the 2023 Met Gala, which has the theme “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” this year.
Did the Kardashaisn get invited to the Met Gala 2023?
The infamous Kardashian-Jenner family’s attendance at the yearly fashion event, which is held on the first Monday of May, had been the subject of much rumour.
The Kardashians didn’t get invited to the private dinner earlier this year, according to sources, because Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, who oversees the guest list, was supposedly “cracking down” on who could attend. Later, Page Six was informed by a source close to the Kardashian family that the claims were untrue.
In an Instagram picture from April that prominently featured none other than Karl Lagerfeld’s cat, Choupette, Kim revealed that she will be attending the Met Gala this year.

“Had a date in Paris with @choupetteofficiel,” she said in the post’s caption, accompanied by images and a video of Kardashian and Lagerfeld’s well-known cat. “We then spent some time at @karllagerfeld’s office to get a little inspiration for the Met.”
Additionally, there were pictures of Kardashian getting ready for her Met Gala outfit, which was probably influenced by Karl Lagerfeld’s vintage looks from his time as the creative director of Chanel or Fendi.

This year’s Met Gala red carpet famous attendees included Kim Kardashian, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner. Schiaparelli created Kim’s pearl ensemble. Using more than 50,000 freshwater pearls and more than 16,000 crystals, the dress featured a top and skirt that were draped.

On April 13, a different insider confirmed to Page Six that Kim would go with an undisclosed member of the Kardashian-Jenner family. Now, we are aware that was Kendall and Kylie.
