According to this TikTok video posted by user @classyrednecklady, there is a new rumor surrounding Kate Middleton and her alleged disappearance following the video she posted in March about undergoing treatment.

As the TikToker claims, a rumor going around on X- formerly known as Twitter- claims that a former KP staff member alleges that Middleton slipped into a coma after reportedly overdosing on sleeping pills. However, this post claims that this happened on December 28, 2023.
The post alleges that after tea, Middleton was found unconscious in her room and was taken away to the hospital. It was then alleged that she was not seen again.

Now, there is no concrete evidence to support this rumor- it is just circulating on X and the alleged source mentioned within has not been revealed. Middleton released the clip of her cancer diagnosis back in March of 2024 after she reportedly underwent major abdominal surgery earlier, in January.
This rumor suggests that Middleton has been in a coma since December 2023, but- again- this remains unverified as it is just a rumor.
People in the comment section of the above video are asking where Kate’s family is and why they have not addressed alleged disappearance rumors. This remains unclear.
Middleton has not been seen at Royal events lately, which has sparked controversy online surrounding her whereabouts. However, Middleton is believed to be undergoing treatment so this would be the reason why she has not been out and about as of lately.
