As noted here, Gates posted an NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Instagram story recently, which showcased a woman giving birth. This video left viewers shocked by the content.
Gates reportedly reposted the video from the account @indiebirth, including the caption:
“The Most Beautiful thing on earth is the gift of Life.”
The video was supposedly shot in a home and demonstrated a mother delivering a baby that is caught by the father.

The Instagram story content posted to Gates’ social media will not be shared here but it seems as though the content has been deleted or removed from the star’s Instagram stories.
Instagram users were initially shocked to see the content, in which subsequent memes were created following Gates’ post.
