Khloe Kardashian Sued By House Assistant For ‘Unpaid Wages’

Khloe Kardashian faces a lawsuit served by a former household employee, Matthew Manhard. According to Manhard, the reality star fired him due to taking time off for a leg injury. He claims to work for Khloe was an ‘absolute nightmare.’

According to the legal document obtained by TMZ, Manhard alleges that he worked for Khloe from January 2019 until November 2022. In May 2022, it is claimed that Matthew faces a knee injury requiring him to take a leave, where he was wrongfully dismissed.

He further claims that during his employment, he was rarely allowed to take legally mandated breaks, and was not compensated correctly for his overtime hours. According to the document, the Good American founder kept him so busy during shifts, ’12 hour shifts’, and was not paid overtime.

Khloes Team Slams Allegations

Kardashian’s reps gave a statement to TMZ, “It’s unfortunate to learn that a former employee would choose to go this route. Matthew was properly classified and compensated for his role.”

In regards to the allegations of Manhards leave, representatives say,

“Toward the end of his employment, he was on a leave of absence for an extended period of time and the role eventually needed to be replaced. We will not tolerate false accusations and will prove that this is a frivolous lawsuit.”

Khloe herself has not addressed these allegations.
