Lizzo is currently being sued for sexual harassment, sexual assault and workplace misconduct by three of her former backup dancers. Previous Settlement

Firstly, it was revealed that these backup dancers had recently received a settlement regarding a prior dispute with Lizzo, regarding her ‘Love Lizzo’ documentary. The dancers claimed that footage of them added to the documentary without their consent. The footage featured some of Lizzo’s dancers commenting on what it is like to be plus-size dance artists as black women. In the unauthorized interviews the dancers were very emotional; one said “You can’t let nobody see you sweat. You have to be three times better than. It’s not two times. It’s three times. You know what I mean?”

Dancers Return To ‘The Special Tour’

Now we know that after this incident and the ones referenced in the current lawsuit, the three backup dancers suing Lizzo signed a contract to continue working for and performing with her for the third leg of her current tour.

A photo has been released showing the three dancers at the site of the alleged incident, where Lizzo supposed forced them to attend a nude party. But in this photo no one seems to be showing signs of any distress. Take a look:
