The successful real estate brokers Rich Kim (founder of TRK Realty Team) and Regina Mumford (founder of Westend Realty) recently announced a merger of their two companies to become the leaders of real estate in the Greater Toronto Area.

Kim and Mumford will be merging their 35 years of experience in real estate, offering superior experience and services to their residential, pre-construction, investor, and commercial clients. Besides, the pair will provide virtual mentorship and coaching for agents’ support and development. 

Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions and negotiations one could make, hence having the help of someone trustworthy and experienced on the matter can make a huge difference. Kim has been a top real estate agent in the GTA for years and thus helped hundreds of families. TRK Realty Team is known to always look out for their clients, keeping their best interests in mind when negotiating. 

Rich Kim began his real estate career in 2002 by working for the globally known REMAX and therefore has much experience in the market (almost 19 years!). His specialty to this day are residential, commercial, and land investments. In 2007, he founded TRK Realty Team –formerly, Team Rich Kim– as the next step in his journey to offer the same level of service but to more clients. Since its beginning, Team Rich Kim was a sub-brand of REMAX International, where he became the youngest REMAX International recipient of the “Hall of Fame” award. Throughout his career, he has steadily believed in giving back, which is why he has supported the Children’s Miracle Network, Sick Kids Hospital, The Cure For Cancer, and The Heart and Stroke Foundation. In 2020, Kim opened the TRK Realty Academy, to offer coaching and mentorship to new agents and brokers.

Regina Mumford herself has more than 30 years of experience in investing in real estate, both in Canada and abroad. She began working in a local small business in 1989, where she helped the company grow until it had more than 165 employees. This went on until 2004, when she quit in order to pursue her true passion: real estate. Since her first year at Royal Lepage Real Estate Services, she won awards such as the ‘President’s Gold’ Award and ‘Master Sales’ Award. 

Together, Kim and Mumford have joined eXp Realty, ‘The Real Estate Cloud Brokerage’, currently the largest residential real estate brokerage in North America. eXp is quickly growing in the global real estate business, with more than 41,000 agents affiliated in countries including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, and France.
