Ah, yes! The month of March is finally upon us and, of course, Spring is on our minds.

Like the true fashionista that you are, you cannot wait to switch up your wool turtleneck for the chiffon blouse that has been anticipating some sun. Just like the new year, spring is a wonderful time to revamp your style and be playful with your wardrobe – and here is how you can swiftly shift gears and into the new season.

Clear Sandal

Ever since Kanye West released his notable street chic haute couture line, clear heels have been on the rise (who does not love this shoe?). This minimalist footwear is the answer to almost every outfit as they arguably coordinate with all your favorite pieces. Designers such as Karl Lagerfeld – for Chanel – also could not get enough of this “nothing” heel and also joined the likes the transparent shoe (Yeezy taught him well).

Hats

Winter was all about conductor hats and though we are not completely ruling every model and blogger’s favourite head top accessory, we are simply making way for the next great thing – wide brim chapeaus. Hats are best way to pull an outfit together, they have the ability to really take your look to the next level. It is absolutely a trend worthy statement that has a sophisticated edge (an essential spring supplement).

Nails

Bring out the bright (or subtle) colours and intricate details on your nail beds. If you are one to overlook your nails as part of your outfit, then we are here to guide you to an alternate mindset. Nails are just as vital and significant as jewellery or any other accessory for that matter, and believe us, once you get into the habit of having fab nails you will never go back.

Pastel Clothing

One does not truly exclude floral print in their spring wardrobe (sorry to disappoint Miranda Priestly); but you can introduce a new colour palette. We tend to attribute in your face colours for summer, and darker tones to winter, which leaves pastels as the perfect hue for spring. Pastel pieces were a popular hit on the spring/summer 2018 runway from Celine, Preen and Hermès and we know you are eager to show off your ice cream coloured clothes.
