However, it was soon revealed that she is now home from the hospital and recovering. Nonetheless, it was all reportedly kept very “hush-hush.”

For instance, some people think that the Princess may have Crohn’s disease which is an inflammatory bowel disease that could lead to abdominal pain. However, this has not been confirmed and is just a rumor floating around as the Prince and Princess of Wales have not come forward to address why exactly Kate Middleton had to undergo abdominal surgery.
The Princess is expected to return to her Royal duties after Easter when she has seemingly made a full recovery.
