Hill has hired Martin Singer, Bill Cosby’s former lawyer, who released a statement stating that Nikolas is evidently unreliable. Singer referred to her as a serial accuser who has made various accusations against multiple men in the entertainment industry.

Alexa Nikolas and Jonah Hill

Nikolas claimed that her and Jonah met at a house party that Justin Long hosted with his then-roommate, Jonathan Togo. Nikolas also accused Togo of having sex with her drunk and underage friend, tweeting that the actor was “sleeping with *aka assaulting a minor*” during the party”.

She went on to accuse Justin of being a real-life predator, drawing a parallel between his alleged behavior and his character in the movie “Barbarian,” where he portrayed a predatory actor who gets fired from a TV show after allegations emerged that he sexually assaulted his co-star.

Justin has also responded to these allegations, as his lawyer stated that he had no knowledge of the party that Nikolas described.

Nikolas claims that sexual assault is “hyper-normalized” in Hollywood as she makes allegations against Jonah Hill, Justin Long, Jonathan Togo, and Seth MacFarlane.

In addition, she recently voiced her criticism towards Nickelodeon, claiming that the network failed to ensure her safety and protection. Specifically, she expressed discomfort around Dan Schneider, the creator of “Zoey 101,” stating that she “did not feel safe” around him.

Nikolas has now initiated the “Eat Predators” movement, which she defines as “Artivism Against Predatory Behavior in the Entertainment Industry.”
