Via legal document, obtained by TMZ, the court was pushing for a 10-year sentencing, followed by a list of reasons as to why “she’s the most culpable person charged in this case”.

So What Now

As of right now, the RHOSLC crew has not given out a statement to the public on Shah’s sentencing. Producer of the show, Andy Cohen, gave a statement about the star back in October during Bravo-con. Via Vulture, Cohen went on to say, “Once we wrapped, she pled guilty, I think that was kind of, unfortunately, the end of, you know, the engagement there.” Cohen ended the statement off with, “But I hope to sit down with her and talk to her at some point on camera because I have a lot of questions for her.”
