Jen Shah-RHOSLC Has Been Sentenced to 6.5 Years In Prison for Wire Fraud
Calling all RHOSLC fans, we have an update on Jen Shahs’ court trial. Shah and her legal team all gathered at SDNY today to reach the final verdict of this case. Inner City Press has all the details after filing to get the statements from the Judge.
Jen has pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6.5 Years, 78 months, for running a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme. Her husband and two boys joined her in court today when Judge Stein set her prison date to February 17th, 2023.
Via legal document, obtained by TMZ, the court was pushing for a 10-year sentencing, followed by a list of reasons as to why “she’s the most culpable person charged in this case”.
So What Now
As of right now, the RHOSLC crew has not given out a statement to the public on Shah’s sentencing. Producer of the show, Andy Cohen, gave a statement about the star back in October during Bravo-con. Via Vulture, Cohen went on to say, “Once we wrapped, she pled guilty, I think that was kind of, unfortunately, the end of, you know, the engagement there.” Cohen ended the statement off with, “But I hope to sit down with her and talk to her at some point on camera because I have a lot of questions for her.”
Since then, RHOSLC reunion plans have been released and Jen Shah has set the record straight that she will not be attending.
The ‘Real House Wives Of Salt Lake City’ season 3 is still on schedule to be released as usual. The reunion episodes are set to go on air on January 25th and February 1st.
