According to the above TikTok, it’s unclear whether the duo still talks, if at all. The reporter repeatedly asks Raisa if she still talks to Gomez and questions why she doesn’t follow Gomez on social media. At every question, Raisa deflects the reporter’s questions and tries to change the subject.
Instead of answering the questions she talks about the weather and who is going to “win the championship this year.”
According to the text on the screen of the TikTok video, Raisa supposedly called BACKGRID to “shade” Selena Gomez even though she doesn’t seemingly mention the actress in the conversation with the reporter. The caption of the TikTok reads, “What was the reason”?
Did Selena Gomez give her best friend a kidney?
The opposite is true- Raisa gave Gomez a kidney in a life-changing surgery back in 2017. When Gomez was diagnosed with lupus, Raisa selflessly donated her kidney to her “best friend” at the time, Gomez.
Here’s what Gomez had to say about the surgery, “I will never, ever, ever be more in debt to a person than Francia. The idea of someone not even second-guessing to be a donor was unbelievably overwhelming.”
It seems like even after all this the stars reportedly don’t talk anymore. It’s unclear what went down for this to occur but it doesn’t look like Raisa will be spilling the tea anytime soon.
