King Viserys I Targaryen

His first marriage is to Aemma Arryn, and they have one surviving child, Princess Rhaenyra.

King Aegon II Targaryen
Aegon II is the eldest son of Viserys I and Alicent Hightower.

After Viserys dies, Aegon is crowned king by his supporters.

Queen Alicent Hightower

He rides the young dragon Arrax.

Rhaenys Targaryen: The Queen Who Never Was
Rhaenys Targaryen is one of the most important members of the wider family.
She is the daughter of Prince Aemon Targaryen and Jocelyn Baratheon and a granddaughter of King Jaehaerys I.
Rhaenys was once considered a potential successor to the Iron Throne, but the Great Council chose Viserys instead.
That is why she becomes known as “The Queen Who Never Was.”
