September 23, 2024– According to this Reddit thread, there is a rumored claim floating around that Kanye West’s song from 2013 titled “Blood on the Leaves” may be about Cathy White, who was allegedly Jay-Z’s mistress.

Who is Cathy White?

Now, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims, but the story goes that Jay-Z reportedly had a mistress named Cathy White, and he supposedly got her pregnant. However, Cathy passed away seemingly around the time she was reportedly supposed to give birth and it is unclear if she ever did or if the death was deemed suspicious. It was alleged that White died of an aneurysm at the age of 28.
