According to this TikTok from creator @thekylemarisa, the pair are both allegedly going to take DNA tests to find out if they are half-brothers.

According to the above TikTok, McConaughey’s mom was allegedly “a woman around town” and she apparently knew Harrelson’s “infamous hitman father.” The TikToker goes on to say that his mom allegedly knew him “pretty f*cking well if you know what I mean.”
As a result, the two are checking to see if they are in fact related.

According to this piece, Harrelson’s father was Charles Voyde Harrelson, a hitman who was convicted of assassinating federal judge John H. Wood Jr. Charles reportedly died in his cell in 2007 due to a heart attack. He was 66.
