Neil Patrick Harris Shares a Sweet Anniversary Tribute
Harris, 53, celebrated the occasion by posting a photo of himself and Burtka, 51, tasting their wedding cake during their intimate Italian wedding.
Kelly Clarkson’s “A Moment Like This” played alongside the Instagram post, adding another sentimental touch to the anniversary tribute.
Burtka also celebrated the milestone on his own Instagram account.
“12 years today I said I do! Wow- 12 years have flown by. I couldn’t be happier with anyone else by my side. I love you @nph,” he wrote alongside a photo of Harris.
The couple also shared a fan-created video featuring photos from throughout their relationship.

A Love Story That Began Years Before Marriage
Although Harris and Burtka have now been married for 12 years, their relationship began much earlier.
