As noted in the video, Turner is now alleging that she found out about Joe filing for divorce from the media. As mentioned in this article, Turner and Jonas supposedly had an argument on August 15 in which Jonas filed for divorce on September 1. Turner is alleging she found out about the filing on September 5.
Supposedly, Turner is claiming that she and Jonas agreed that their children would come with her to England in September, making the United Kingdom their forever home as allegedly previously discussed. However, Jonas’ attorney is now claiming that the children would not be returning to the U.K.
In this recent article, Turner is claiming Jonas essentially “abducted” their kids. This is because he is allegedly refusing to hand over their passports so they can go back to England.
