Who is Tony Award Winner and Broadway Star Michael McGrath?
Tony Winner Michael McGrath passed away at age 65 his family announced via publicist Lisa Goldberg.
Although they did not reveal a cause of death at that time.
But who is Michael McGrath? A talented performer who touched many lives in his three-decade career.

Since the star’s shock death, many have recalled the man fondly, often describing him as confident, energetic and a comedian.
However, McGrath’s daughter Katie took the time to share many heartfelt condolences on her Instagram page.
Such as, actor Phil Sloves, who wrote, “this one hurts on so many levels.”
And he is not the only one, with many others taking to X to share their thoughts.
First among many were representatives from the Tony Awards.

And people who were lucky enough to share the stage with McGrath and call him friend expressed their grief over such a loss of talent.
While others remember McGrath as a “comedic genius” and a gentle man who will be missed both on stage and as a friend.

Patsy in ‘Spamalot’ earned McGrath his first Tony Award in 2005.
And a decade later he earned a nomination and subsequently won “best actor” for ‘Nice Work If You Can Get It’ as Cookie McGee.
Michael McGrath also had accolades for two Drama Desk Award nominations for his roles in ‘Spamalot’ and ‘Nice Work If You Can Get It.’
