Tis the season of love, wine, and mixed drinks…
Whether your spending Valentine’s Day with your significant other, a friend or family, something light, refreshing, and spiked is definitely in order. While most people will typically go for a simple glass of wine or a classic mixed beverage, we want to share drinks that carry a bit more oompf. Thanks to Wyborowa Vodka and Two Oceans Wine, getting creative with our V-day drinks is as easy as following a simple recipe.
First up, The Chamble.

Made with Wyborowa Vodka – produced from 100% pure rye grain and blended with the purest water, sourced from a well at its own distillery. With a velvety texture, rich flavour and natural sugary notes. (Wyborowa, www.wybo.com)

What you’ll need:
- 40 mL Wybo
- 30 mL lemon juice
- 20 mL simple syrup
- 10 mL raspberry liqueur
Directions:
Mix everything except the raspberry liqueur in a Tumbler/Old Fashioned Glass, stir and top up with crushed ice. Lace the raspberry liqueur over the crushed ice so it trickles down into the glass. To simplify, us cubed ice instead of crushed. Garnish with two raspberries.

Made with Two Oceans Shiraz – Whether along the coast or further inland, the presence of the oceans is never far away. Cooling sea breezes and mists can lower temperatures during the lead-up to the harvest, slowing down ripening. Grapes aren’t hurried but develop in their own time with flavours that are balanced, instead of plentiful.
You can taste Two Oceans wines: refreshing, delicious and full of life.

What You Need:
- 3/4 glass of Two Oceans Wine
- 1/4 glass of club soda
- Fruit
Directions:
Add ice into wine glass, pour wine and club soda, stir, Add a slice of lime or berries (optional).
