Andrew Tate was reportedly detained in Romania. HOLR breaks down the claims involving the controversial social media personality. 

According to this TikTok video posted by user @bobbywtv, Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, have allegedly been arrested again.

As noted in the video, the duo were allegedly arrested in Romania and supposedly arrived in court in handcuffs. The pair were reportedly detained because of an arrest warrant issued by the UK. The report claimed that the two were arrested over allegations of sexual aggression. The charges allegedly date back to 2012 and 2015 as outlined in a publication described by the TikToker.

As noted in this related article, the brothers “categorically reject all charges”, as claimed by a rep for the pair. Tate was previously charged in a separate case in Romania. In that case, he was charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women as also outlined here.

The two are still allegedly in custody.
