The Apple TV original series will premiere on Apple TV+ on October 13.

The trailer of “Lessons In Chemistry” is out now. It’s an Apple TV+ limited series that stars Brie Larson, Stephanie Koenig, and Aja Naomi King. It is based on Bonnie Garmus’s best-selling novel.

The limited series is produced by Apple Studios. The showrunner is the six-time Emmy nominee Lee Eisenberg. Brie Larson is also the executive producer alongside the Academy Award nominee Susannah Grant.

The Trailer

The story is set in the 1950s, where Elizabeth Zott, played by Larson, aspires to become a scientist. However, her dream gets shattered when she gets fired from her lab. After that, she gets an offer to host a cooking show called Supper At Six. She accepts the job, and the show goes on to be a success.

In the trailer, you will hear some impactful dialogues like Elizabeth says this on air, “I stand proudly with the overlooked workhorse of the kitchen, women and baked potatoes.”

A man says to Elizabeth, “Politics don’t belong in the kitchen. A man wants his wife to make him a drink after a long day at work.” (As noted here).

Elizabeth responds, “Why do you assume that his day was longer than hers? Why don’t you make the drink?”

Premiere

The eight-episode series will premiere on October 13 on Apple TV+. The first two episodes will drop on October 13. The other six episodes will drop every Friday. Watch the trailer below.
