Brittany Furlan and Tommy Lee faced a terrifying moment after a coyote snatched their dog, sparking a frantic rescue.
September 25, 2024- Comedian Brittany Furlan and her husband Tommy Lee had quite the scare on September 24th after a coyote grabbed their dog, Neena, and ran off.

Furlan took to her Tik Tok and Instagram to warn Californians of the dangers of coyotes and how unexpected the attack was.
@brittanyfurlanFirstly, Neena is safe. I was able to grab her from his mouth. This was very traumatizing. Please be very careful with your pets in California. This is 1 PM broad daylight and I was standing only a few feet from my dogs. Thank God she is safe. ????????
Furlan wrote, “Trigger warning: I was letting the dogs out to pee and I was watching them and a coyote came and grabbed Neena in broad daylight. Please be very careful with your dogs. I’ve lived here for four years and I’ve never seen one coyote and then today this happened. They are desperate.”
In Furlan’s surveillance video, a coyote can be seen running into her backyard and lunging at one of her dogs, Neena, while she is on the side of the pool.
Neena, who fans know to be a small white Dachshund dog, was snatched up by the coyote.
Furlan then screams and runs out of her house to chase the coyote.
The surveillance than cuts to Furlan carrying Neena back inside while screaming to her husband, “Oh my god a coyote grabbed Neena. We can’t leave the dogs out.”

Furlan captioned the Tik Tok saying, “Firstly Neena is safe. I was able to grab her from his mouth. This was very traumatizing. Please be very careful with your pets in California. This is 1 PM broad daylight and I was standing only a few feet from my dogs. Thank God she is safe.”
Fans raced to the comments to voice their concerns and well wishes for Furlan and Neena.
Actress Lili Reinhart commented, “This is my worst nightmare, I am so sorry this happened to you.”
Another Tik Tok user wrote, “OMG I’m so glad she’s ok. I saw Tommy’s post first and I wasn’t sure she was okay. You are freaking awesome for getting her. DOG MOM QUEEN.”

Mötley Crüe’s drummer Tommy Lee and Furlan just celebrated Neena’s 10th birthday.
Furlan took to Instagram to share a montage of the small Dachshund.
“Today is Neena’s 10th birthday. Say something nice to her please,” Furlan wrote.
