Harrowing footage of Liam Payne following his death has been circulating online following news of his sudden death.

October 17, 2024– Following initial reports of Payne’s death yesterday, TMZ came under fire for reportedly publishing a photo of Payne’s body after his passing. As this article by the Hollywood Reporter claims, TMZ reportedly published and then removed the photo after receiving backlash for their actions.

It is alleged that Payne fell to his death from his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Was Liam Payne Sober?

Allegations following his death have claimed that the former One Directioner was allegedly not sober at the time of death. Although this has not yet been confirmed, this post on X (@RamiroNLeone) details the alleged final moments before Payne’s passing.

The alleged details claim that Payne was “out of control” in the hours leading up to his death. There are also claims that he broke a television which lines up with other photos of his hotel room, seemingly in disarray. However, this alleged description of his final hours alleges that he had hired 2 prostitutes and that they left his bedroom without being paid.

Payne had a girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, who had left Argentina alone a couple of days prior after their seemingly short vacation turned out to be longer than anticipated.

The description also claims that Payne was “abusive, high and wasted.” The description also claims that his manager was “angry” because “someone from the hotel gave [Payne] the drugs without his approval.”

Allegedly, after the prostitutes left, is when “he threw himself out of the balcony trying to catch the pool.”

Now, there is no concrete evidence to back up these alleged claims online as details about his death are yet to be revealed.

Liam Payne Autopsy Report

According to this article by PEOPLE, an initial autopsy report claimed that Payne “died from multiple injuries. He reportedly had “internal and external” hemorrhages following a fatal fall from his hotel balcony in Argentina.

The article continues to say that an official statement with additional details will be issued at a later time. A toxicology report is also still pending.
