A Deadly New Threat Emerges

In the eighth and final installment of the Mission: Impossible franchise, Ethan Hunt must go head-to-head with a rogue artificial intelligence known as “The Entity”—a continuation of the storyline from Dead Reckoning. The trailer showcases intense action sequences, including a jaw-dropping moment where Hunt jumps off an aircraft carrier into icy waters.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the film is set to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 14, 2025, ahead of its global theatrical release on May 23.
