Does Nicki Minaj live in Hidden Hills?

Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty bought their Hidden Hills home in December 2022. Petty has been serving one year of home detention as he failed to register as a sex offender in California. There are growing concerns about the two moving into the Hidden Hills neighborhood with a particular resident Beverly Bardan who has started a petition in hopes of kicking them out.

The petition titled, “SAY NO TO SEX OFFENDERS IN HIDDEN HILLS,” has reached several hundred signatures from residents who are worried about safety concerns. Beverly encourages Hidden Hills residents to sign the petition to “SHOW that you are against sex offenders in our Hidden Hills neighborhood!” She began the petition when the couple first purchased their $19.5 million home, and it has regained attention after Petty changed his address on the Megan’s Law Website.

Some notes  written by Beverly Bardan on the petition reads, “Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted for the attempted rape of a 16 year old girl, and has a high likelihood to reoffend. The Petty couple moving in would lead to appraisal value of our homes to go DOWN due to safety concerns. We, the residents of Hidden Hills, must put our resident’s safety first.”

With residents like Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and, Kylie Jenner, Hidden Hills is transitioning into the new Beverly Hills.
