According to this article, Travis Scott is the victim of another death hoax online, claiming that the rapper has passed away. As the article explains, news online started allegedly spreading regarding TRavisScott’s death following a post on a Facebook page titled  ‘R.I.P. Travis Scott’ which supposedly garnered millions of ‘likes’. The post allegedly claimed:

“At about 11 a.m. ET on Sunday (February 18, 2024), our beloved rapper Travis Scott passed away. Travis Scott was born on April 30, 1992 in Houston. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.”

People flooded the post with condolences while others remained skeptical of whether or not this was legitimate or not. As a result, this led some people online to believe that the rapper really did pass away. However, we now know that this claim is completely false and just a death hoax. Travis Scott is indeed alive and well, and many people do not find these death hoaxes funny. This is because they play with people’s emotions and spread false information.
