June 18, 2024- Justin Timberlake was charged with reportedly driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons in New York, according to law enforcement sources, as noted in this related article.

The “SexyBack” singer, 43, is scheduled to be arraigned at the Sag Harbor courthouse on Tuesday, June 18, following his arrest on Monday night. It is currently unknown if Timberlake’s wife, Jessica Biel, or if their two children were in the vehicle at the time of his arrest.

TMZ has provided an update stating that Timberlake was arraigned and released without bail. He has been charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI),  and cited for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane.

The next court date is reportedly on July 26.

Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, which is a village in Suffolk County, New York, and nestled on the eastern side of Long Island.

A popular Hamptons spot for travelers, Sag Harbor is known for its laid-back atmosphere and dense whaling history. The American Hotel, located in the heart of Sag Harbor’s Arts District, is also a popular attraction as it has been operating for over 100 years.
