Halle Bailey took to social media to call out her baby daddy, DDG. Then she deleted her Instagram. What happened?

November 7, 2024– Halle Bailey reportedly deleted her Instagram after calling out DDG for putting their baby on a live stream.  According to E! Online, Bailey deleted her X and Instagram following an online statement directed at her baby daddy for his parenting.

“Hi everyone. just so you know i am out of town and i don’t approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn’t told or notified and i am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people.  I am his mother and protector and saddened that i wasn’t notified especially when i am out of town.”

She also followed up by stating, “As a woman experiencing severe postpartum, there are boundaries that I wish to be respected. Nobody knows what someone is going through until they snap.”

This post by Entertainment Tonight on Instagram shows 11-month-old Halo- the pair’s son- being brought onto the livestream by his father, DDG. Also featured on the livestream was Kai Cenat. However, Halo has been featured on social media before. DDG has posted photos of the baby on his personal IG in the past.

DDG seemingly has not addressed Bailey’s posts that sparked widespread attention.

DDG and Halle Split

DDG and Bailey split a while back, after coming out with a statement just last month about their breakup.

Although some initially thought that the breakup was fake, the duo stopped posting one another and subsequently confirmed split rumors.

Bailey seemingly deleted her X and Instagram shortly after calling out DDG but it is unclear why. Perhaps she is just taking a break.

It is unclear if or when Bailey will return to social media.
