Zach Bryan apologized for recent comments he made about Taylor Swift. He ticked off some of the Swiftes after he posted drunk on X the other night. The country singer posted a pic of Taylor’s album cover of “The Tortured Poets Department,” explaining he recently wrote he thinks Kanye West makes better music than Swift because he drunkenly tried to compare two albums and it came out all wrong. Zach says he was speaking strictly musically and wasn’t cosigning any of Ye’s other beliefs. He then added he loves Taylor’s music and simply “screwed up” in his post.

In a follow-up post, Zach claims he’s been going through a tough time in his life and projected his issues onto Taylor. He says it came off as super rude and didn’t embody the respect he has for the pop star. Bryan says Taylor has been a force of nature for years and deserves her flowers. He then offered some advice to fans, encouraging them not to “drink and tweet.”. The country star went on to deactivate his X account after tweeting, “eagles> chiefs Kanye > Taylor who’s with me. As Swifties usually do, they were quick to react, calling Zach out for his comment, which forced him to turn off his social media for a bit. Zach will definitely think twice before messing with an army like Taylor’s again.
